Little Faith

While in Wasilla, Alaska during my tour of the states I had the pleasure of photographing little 4 month old Faith. She was born on Christmas day...what a perfect present!!! She has amazing blue eyes and a full head of chestnut colored hair and she looks identical to her mother at the same age:)

I Heart Tutus...

I haven't posted in a while because I've been back in the states for 2 months traveling around with the new baby and my 2 year old. However, I did manage to fit in a few photo sessions on my journey and I'll post them as I complete the editing. This one was a lovely young girl named Dylan who was excited to show off her new ballet uniform and her favorite stuffed animal. She was such a natural in front of the camera it was hard to narrow these down!

First Okinawa Session!

For Dustin and Laura's wedding anniversary, we did a double session. First was just the two of them for some romantic pics at the Sunabe Seawall. Love all of the colorful grafitti on the seawall! Next it was back to their house for some family photos with their adorable 5 month old son Evan.

Welcome to the World...

Between moving and having a baby, I've been so busy! Soon I"ll be back to work with sessions here in my new home, Okinawa. In the meantime, here is the newest addition to my family!

Last Columbus Shoot...

JoAan and Jason and I headed to downtown Columbus for some engagement-style photos and I was delighted at their wonderful chemistry! This was the final session in Mississippi for me...from now on I'll be shooting across the world in my new location--Okinawa, Japan! Thanks to all the wonderful couples and families I've had the privelege of working with over the years...I will miss you all!!!

Reese Takes Downtown!

Reese has to be one of the smartest 3-year-olds I've ever met, not to mention a ball of energy who's full of surprises. She'll have a lot to teach her soon to arrive little brother!

Harpole Wedding

Mollie and Justin were married outside at Waverly Waters in West Point, MS on a clear, perfect night. Their reception and ceremony were bursting with bright colors and fun, and many tears were shed as they said their vows. Congratulations, to the two of them for a lifetime of happiness!

Little Red Wagon

Little 2-year old Bentley, his mom, and his Auntie had a ball running around their gorgeous property while we shot some photos for Bentley's grandmother. Bentley is an amazingly sweet little boy who loves his wagon!

Stutsy-McKnight Wedding

This lovely young couple were married in downtown Pontotoc, Mississippi on a beautiful fall day. They chose rich warm colors for their decor, and were attended by over 200 friends and family members.

Newlyweds Downtown!

I met The Powells downtown for an engagement-style couple shoot, and we found the coolest grafitti wall, painted with all kinds of swirls and patterns, all in black and white...I wish I had ventured there earlier!

Anyone Seen "The Notebook"?

We went out to the gorgeous Nuxobee Refuge near Starkville for Christy and Brandon's engagement pictures. Right before we were done, we were surprised by a powerful rainstorm. It didn't faze these two lovebirds....:)
